Can kinda relate to this.
Although I'm typically more gay, I get markedly more straight while drunk |

LKL:
That may very well be, but that does not keep abc from being important.
Come to think of it, I've heard many women claim the same thing, society molding them to be smiling, self-effacing angels who're always there for their man...or am I wrong? |

LKL: I feel like you're misinterpreting me on purpose... My problem is having been emotionally messed up by the expectations/norms/whatever in my environent. That environment consists of a) Feminist dominated media, politics, education/whatever b) women/feminists depicting an ideal man they did not ... |

[...] but saying that they want someone nice is usually not a lie, and not a stereotype. I think this isn't only about what women say they "want", but also how they tell guys to "act". Whenever I've asked a girl for tips on for instance, approaching someone on the dance floor, I get the answer that... |

@ most of you guys... While sex "can" be a very good thing it often "isn't". And I wouldn't have any problems with the "friend zone". But honestly, following all those principles women "claim" to want in a guy makes you so tense and inhibited that most women (and guys for that matter) won't even tak... |

Mark my words If you believe in female superiority you will have a rich love life. Now that's just plain ignorance.... I once dated a dominatrix, a person I really liked. Because I reasoned just like you. If I tend to worship, idolize and be subservient towards women, I should find me a woman who l... |

Did you think the feminists were supposed to pay you with sex for supporting their ideals? That if you do or say something a woman likes, you're entitled to a shag? And if she doesn't pay up, she's a b***h? Is that your thought process? Really? What I do think is that women should be honest ... |

ArrantPariah: Questioning the gender roles I guess. It's good to an extent but...gender roles (as do all norms) provide a sense of meaning, confort and stability. I can really tell the difference between Sweden and Portugal for instance, or Austria. Everyone seems more calm, "content" somehow. Puddi... |

Puddingmouse: I have "not" complained about women in general. In my view, everyone can live their lives as they see fit. I don't even have issues with feminists fighting for women's rights. What "does" disturb me is women/feminists trying to teach boys/men how to "be" in order to be good/successful.... |

I''m thinking more like Thailand, but I really appreciate hispanic countries and places where people are more safe in their gender identities, where you don't have to put up with all that questioning all the time...
This is not unheard of then? |

I have some biblical issues regarding feminism. Please hear me out. I know many of you are americans. I'm not. I grew up in Sweden. More to the point, I grew up in the ninties (a VERY feminist decade) in the most feminist town in all of Sweden. During my upbringing, I came to see feminist ideas as t... |

I've always thought that effeminate gay people are just playing a role, forcing themself to be something they're not just because if a norm...
Then again that might be ignorant bullsh*t on my part... |

I've noticed that having sex with guys actually helps me to understand women... The thing is...I mostly feel like a woman when fooling around with a guy. One time, for instance, i really wanted the guy to grab my inner thigh. I communicated this by spreading my legs really wide, really "opening myse... |

In my experience, guys are a lot more starved for attention than women
Also, if you appear to be slightly effeminate (right spelling?) gay men might find it attractive, while women will (or are prone to) find it off-putting. |
