I never could warm up to Tim Burton movies like Corpose Bride or Frankenweenie. And when I see advertisements for Frankenweenie I just cringe. The whole concept of bringing a dead dog back to life... and stuff happens like it's tail falls off... I think of my own dogs and I'm just horrified, disgus... |

Whether or not they're reusing characters isn't really relevant seeing as the film itself is a remake of a live-action short directed by Burton. If you haven't seen it already, you should probably check it out. Originally, Sparky was a Bull Terrier, and I don't suppose Franken-Bull is a good name. |

Actually, many Japanese girls who have rather large eyes themselves, despite the popular belief that the truth is in fact contrary. I think Anime characters tend to look more Japanese than any other ethnicity, but they're so stylised that it tends to have no real effect. |

I haven't seen those mentioned, but I know of GTO and my sister told me about the MARS manga. Hm. Concerning school dramas, my personal recommendation would be, without hesitation, Nobuta wo Produce. It's my favourite drama of all time. If not, then, Hana Yori Dango and Hana Kimi are supposed to be ... |

I think the oldest song I actively like...is Kinki Kids' Garasu no Shounen. Though, I'm only talking about the pop side of things here. I do know a few older songs but I'm more drawn to the recent stuff. I know a lot of old Johnny's Entertainment stuff from all the Countdowns and, also, a couple of ... |

I could probably come up with some good suggestions for Japanese dramas. Though, it depends. What kind of genre, mood, what have you, are you looking for/do you prefer? |

I don't know why but, even though the members are plenty cute and funny, Perfume have never quite appealed to me, musically at least. |

I wouldn't say K-Pop sounds exactly like American music. No matter how you look at it, that's not true. There is a distinctive Korean feel in many of the songs, as well as evident influences from J-Pop in many cases. But J-Pop's definitely unqiue, especially in comparison. J-Rock, too. I've said it ... |
