Yes, that's very annoying. I'll just be sitting around minding my own business, maybe listening to my iPod, and my dad will come up and ask "what's wrong?". Well, nothing's wrong, but for some reason I seem to give off an aura of "depressed." I have the problem with the "calm down" thing, too. Espe...

Another annoying one here in Oregon are Keno machines, which almost all little grocery stores seem to love putting by all of the entrances to the store, with amazingly painful CRT screens.

Sometimes I like just sitting outside, listening, and watching all of the wildlife. (Which conveniently isn't a long travel, since I live in the middle of a forest).

On an unrelated note... Tim_Tex, how come it says in your profile that you've been in Texas since the future?

Arg, I hate those things (along with CRT TVs), whenever I get close-ish to either one of those things, I usually can't do anything but just cover my ears, and it's quite difficult for me to think. (And painful!)

If I'm transcribing things (and so can read ahead to prepare my fingers for the next keystrokes), I can type about 150wpm sustained for 2 minutes, or around 100wpm for a long period (hours) of time. If I can't read ahead, my typing speed is greatly reduced.

I'm primarily left-handed (and when I'm doing things with my left hand, my right hand tends to go wherever it feels like, in general being a nuisance :D). For some reason, certain tasks when done one way I can only do left handed (e.g. writing forwards), but when doing that task slightly differently...

When I eat, I mostly use my left hand, except for things where I have to use both hands (ie using a knife), with my right hand just hanging around somewhere doing not much. Doing this also causes all of my silverware to shift to the left of my plate by the time I'm done eating, except for my knife. ...

Yup, that's what I was after, but this account isn't 5 days old, so it wouldn't let me post URLs yet. (At least that's what the error said)

Not sure if I have AS or not, but some random things I can do, of questionable uniqueness: ⋅ Write forwards, backwards, upside-down, or upside-down and backwards in Cursive. For an unknown reason, I can only write forwards with my left hand, but the others work fine with either hand. Note:...
