I'm currently going through this. I was a good student, got good grades, even in junior high where i got some cool friends and goofed off in class (oklahoma public schools suck). When i went to private high school starting sophmore year, I got mainly A's and B's and actually found stuff interesting....

I do it about once a night. Sometimes I go a about 3-4 days.

I'm not attending my last day of classes. I gave up on school about 2, 2.5 weeks ago. I'm going to Kaplan Career Institute for computer technician training.
Anyway, even though I've given up, I feel like my decision is the "wrong" one, and i still feel crappy about it. I don't know

Everyones a weirdo, theres no such thing as someone who completely conforms to "the norm".

No, he's being really serious when he says those things. When he's "kidding around" he tries to put an individual on the spot. More recently he's started yelling at us about how self-centered we are and how today's youth is troubled because it disrespects elders by not saying "Mister" or whatever. ...

I had a "best friend" like this (except it was emotional rather than physical abuse), though I imagine that the feeling is multiplied due to the fact that it is your mother. I do believe something needs to be done about your mother though. I recommend calling the police and hoping she gets some jail...
