Hi Alex, yes, have the latest version of itunes, and I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it to no avail. Usually the computer says it can't find it, but today it told me that the ipod was corrupted. I can't use the restore feature on the itunes site it does'nt restore the ipod because the computer...

Hi there, I have just bought an ipod shuffle 2nd generation for my daughter, trouble is can't get music on it, the computer does'nt recognise it's there so it won't sync. I've tried all the troubleshooting tips, any advice ?. Bern
