Thanks for responding .So far mainly positive .Her hopes are now a tour 16 days taking in Los Angeles Scottsdale Grand Canyon lake Tahoe San Franciso and some other stops. I am happier as she will be moving by bus .She will be organized if she knows she got a time table. Still in planning stage yet ...

My daughter is now 18 years old .Legally an adult she has AS .She is currently planning a trip to california alone.We live in the UK .I could not afford to go even if she wanted me to which she doesn't. I was 40 when my AS daughter was born .She was an emergency C section. The doctor said her head was wedged like a cork in a bottle.I have two older daughters both NT born naturely.

My AS daughter decided to try working in charity shop. Worked well she leant to cope with customers.now she got 8 hours paid work shelf filling in supermarket. its enough for now .Still in college full time.

My third child now sixteen has recently been diagnosed as aspie .We always knew she was special just didnt have a name for it.It explains so many things we didnt understand. Now a chance to learn more. Things can only get better.heres to the future
