| I agree that good nutrition helps against Aspie symptoms. But that list... glutamine, is that the component of MSG? Good food for aspies is a good intake of proteins and saturated fat, like meat, butter and cream . Bad food for aspies is pop corn, chips, candy, vegetables, fish and white meat . |
