Looking at Shades' rank, I've noticed you misspelled "Toucan".

On a related note, on the chatroom page, you use the word "sessison".

Two spelling errors on a website? You've gotta do something about that! (Maybe if you need a proofreader...I could be of assistance?)

Lots of cliches bug me...one that particularly bugs me is when somebody says something is "like riding a bike". I don't know how to ride a bike and probably lack the balance to do so. I don't know who started using that expression but it annoys me so much.

If I could ever get a job, I would definitely pay for my own education. That's not bloody likely to happen anytime soon, I think...

For the past year, I went to a community college here in Tacoma. Or tried to, at least. Now, I'm completely sick of the school. For a year of going there, I only got 11 damned transferrable credits, 10 of which are in French. I made 3 unsuccessful attempts at English 101, getting medically withdrawn...

Well, their articles on Asperger's Syndrome and Autism have been featured before...I concur with that.

I just wish I had anything useful to contribute there myself.

I've noticed a lot of people list blogs in their profiles. As my subject line wonders, who regularly keeps theirs on a regular basis? There's too many to look through and see if they're journaling so I'm just going to wonder who does here. I particularly wonder who consistently keeps a LiveJournal i...

I'm familiar with ClockStoppers, and I'm not interested in ClockStoppers because the film just looked too juveline and sophmoric from the trailers. Of course, this was three years ago and before I REALLY interested myself in slow motion...okay, honestly, I still feel that way about the film because ...

I always thought "stimming" was a term made by normal people to denigrate the activities?

BTW, what if I choose to disagree with the monotonic stuff? Will I be smited?

No problem, ArchMage. I wasn't going to touch it anyway, since I'm not really a Zelda fan. Now that I've thought about it, I'd love to be able to slow the passage of time as well. I'm only interested because the world is much more interesting in slow motion. Apparently, I seem more interested in hav...

Cool sounding name, wish I hadn't looked up what it meant, though. :) Je parle français aussi, mais je ne sais pas beaucoup. Even though I'm newish, I feel like contributing if I could find where my microphone is. Someone told me when I was younger that I sounded like Leonardo DiCaprio...I want to s...

I'd love to be able to shrink. It's not really a useful power, I just think it'd be cool to be able to do so. :)

I say a lot of stupid and silly things...I know they're stupid because when my mind is randomly searching itself, it tends to repeat these infernal statements to me over and over and over again.

That's some of the reason I become shy and afraid to talk in public (and these sort of places).

I always thought surreal was like floating above yourself and seeing things with stroboscopic vision. I can distinctly remember having an episode where I was awake and did both of these things, but I was on Nyquil at the time so that may be a completely different experience.

I at least know in 9th grade that I met someone who was interested in my presence and vice versa...but that doesn't sound like a good definition of a friend. Why not? It was the definition I used. If you count people who tolerate your presence because you're such-and-such's sister, or because you w...

I don't understand how this "eye dominance" thing works. The instructions aren't all that clear to me...I don't know I'm supposed to be touching my nose, pointing it in a certain direction, etc. Either I can see my finger with both eyes or with neither(!) and that means the instructions are confusin...

I started late in comparison, not making friends until the end of 9th grade. At least that's what I want to believe, I still haven't the slightest clue what a "friend" really is. I at least know in 9th grade that I met someone who was interested in my presence and vice versa...but that doesn't sound...
