Figures of speech drove me mad when I was younger, I took every one of the literly from "Looks can kill" to "I don't drink" (Which isn't really a figure of speech but confused me nontheless). Every time I'd hear a new one I'd ask someone, usually my Mum, what they meant. Then over time I built up a ... |

Lol, nope, mother's head was still intact. She had some form of severe arthritis which rendered her nearly completely imobile. The article was one of these stories that try to get people to feel sympathetic, The Daily Mail seems to run them quite frequently so I wouldn't be too suprised if it was a ... |

Not that I'm a massive fan of the Daily Mail, nor am I English, but my Mum insists on reading English papers and I'm not that bothered about buying a paper myself. Anyway, any English Aspie's who read papers might have seen this on today's paper (October 7th.) One of the headlines reads; "Meet Kirst... |

Around a year ago I was in a pretty bad wa for quite some time. I thought I was schizophrenic. I used to beleive I was seeing people watching me from outside and evertime they watched me they'd sent little "creatures" into my house to try and hurt me. I used to hear them running around on the floor ... |

I used to walk on my toes all the time as a kid. I dragged my hand off railings and walls too, didn't know the two were linked. I don't do it so much anymore, only when I'm in bare feet, which isn't too often. A couple of days ago I was waiting for my train and there was some guy over the other side... |

I wouldn't say there's much connection. I started wearing glasses in the last seven months cause I have a lazy eye, I'm only mildly long sighted at most. |

I wouldn't call myself emotionless, there seems to be certain emotions I'm devoid of though. When bad things of any nature happen, especially world disastors, or maybe an unplanned pregnancy of a not so close friend, all I'm really able to muster up is an "ah.... that's a shame" and then I forget ab... |

Nah, I'm no good at remembering favourites and stuff like that. What I do remember really well is clothes, I can often remember outfits people wore or used to wear down to jewelerry, hair colour and styles as well. I seem to use that as a substitute for not remembering people's faces. For example wh... |

Ick, my food habits are probably my worst vice. I'm the pickiest eater you'll ever meet. I dislike kitchens, especially other people's, because I never know where anything is. I hate the time that you need to put into preparing food, when I'm hungry I'd rather just eat some bread or cheese while doi... |

Parties... Ick. Last one I was at I got bored of trying to talk to people so I went into the empty sitting room and tried to play piano for a couple of hours. I had a party of my own a couple of weeks ago, possible the worst thing I've ever done. I ended up so nervous and overloaded I spent most of ... |
