Well, Avast and Avira both seem to generally score pretty well in tests of antivirus performance and they're always free, although they may be advertising supported and contain annoying nags. If you want legitimate commercial antivirus protection for "free," you can always go on NewEgg and they have...

I hate brushing my teeth, but I'm usually able to steel myself to do it. It's the taste of the toothpaste that bothers me, though; as long as I have a regular toothbrush I'm fine, but if I try to use an electric one, I can't bear doing it. Just a comment directed at SolaCatella and anyone else with...

Just wanted to tell people another idea I just recently heard. I met someone who wears speedos. He says that anything else (even a bikini brief) is too loose. So, if you want tight, go speedo. Like what you swim with. It has a narrow wasteband... I didn't understand people complaining that a pair of...

Well, yes... I prefer living life at night, when there is no one around to disturb me. I find that melatonin, which is a natural hormone that you can buy in the supermarket, helps me get to sleep as well as anything. I don't like using it and can usually ignore it's effects pretty well, but... it's...

Well... the home page does say, "Wrong Planet is a web community designed for individuals (and parents of those) with Asperger's Syndrome, Autism, ADHD, and other PDDs." I think PDD-NOS may perhaps possibly be a PDD which is specifically listed up there. So yup, I think you are allowed to continue u...

Just wanted to make one comment that may also help in recieving services if you can follow through on it. You said your Asperger's diagnosed son did not begin speaking until age 3.5. It is a prerequisite for Asperger's that, "There is no clinically significant general delay in language (eg: single w...

On pubmed, there was one study of DMG with autism. It was performed with a low dosage, but no significant improvement was found.

Well... I'm going to put my two cents in, even if they're not wanted or needed: I... did various sports when I was younger. I won't say I ever really enjoyed them exactly, it was more a routine of doing sports that I didn't want to break. I did gymnastics, soccor, tennis, baseball (coach pitch... th...

I did become obsessed with Omega-3 fatty acids for a period of time, although I have never taken them myself. There is reliable and thorough research on their usage for depression and schizophrenia and a little research for other purposes. As someone pointed out, flaxseed oil, although it does conta...

Hmmm... I want to adopt. I really do. Or at least foster.

I want to become successful and stable and then restructure my schedule to have kids in my life. It might be helpful to have a partner in the venture to take some of the responsability, but I don't really care.

I shave pubic hair. And other body hair too, as a side note. For underwear, I only wear briefs. Boxers, you might as well go commando... everything swings around and gets sweaty and stuck to your legs. Boxer-briefs I've never tried. Some I've seen seem to be tighter than my briefs. I don't find my b...

Welcome, hope you like it here.

I'd like to make one small comment:

You said, "differently wired or NT as some would call it."

I think you've gotten the definition of NT confused. NT stands for neurologically typical, not non-typical or not typical.

I'm not sure exactly how many finger I used. I think mostly about 5. I guess it is almost two fingers. The main fingers in use are in fact the middle and pointer fingers of each hand, although I use my thumb of my right hand to press space and the ring finger of my left hand to press shift. I can ty...
