In a special interest, you typically do not do anything except obsess, look for information or news on, or compile a database on the subject. In a hobby you take an active role in the subject. IE if you had trains as a special interest you may look up info on trains, maybe watch them, read about the...

It is nice to eat at a sit down place once a week for a change of pace, and maybe takeaway 3 or 4 meals a w...

Mine are usually on exam day and I realize I've forgotten to go to any of the classes. Ohhh...I've had that one! I've also had the one where I have important homework or papers that I need to turn in and I don't have them and I can't find them. I've also had dreams where I realize I'm at school in ...

I didn't go to my high school prom, and have no regrets whatsoever. With my looks and social skills being exponentially worse than they are now, plus not having a car (a guy had to have a car in order to date in my school), finding a prom date was out of the question. If I could lower my standards ...

Back in college, I had a friend who was. He lived in a dorm a few buildings over, and his room number was 333. One day I hinted that if you multiply his room # by 2 you get, you do the math.... He did not talk to me for a month afterward, though finally got over it.

Had this happen to me about 20 years ago, I had many electronics projects and experiments. Long story short, I moved out a few years later, the bill still remained high, maybe only dropping a dollar or two a month. A year after that, my parents stopped using and got rid of an old refrigerator in the...

But the social aspects of job hunting can be a hurdle. Though in some professions, like engineers and scientists, you are almost expected to have AS. G...
