I think that being diagnosed would help. With a diagnosis he could get accomodations from his college's disability office. Disability services might be able to refer him to someone who could diagnose him.

I definitely like consonance. It is more soothing to me. If I want to be stimulated, I will listen to music with lots of dissonance.

I'm going to a new university in the fall. I was wondering if anyone has requested accomodations from their school's disability office for AS. If so, what were they?
