I am just saying this because I have another aspie friend and both us are actually amazingly good at writing, like the other day I was bored so I decided to write a story and so far it is about 6400 words and I did that in 3 hours and many people said it was great (I can post it if you guys want to...

Yeah, best one so far. I've read somewhere that they've switched a few episodes, the one yesterday was ep02 originally. Maybe they've aired the two crappy ones after the premiere to get over with it. Looks promising, McDowell is great and there's enough potential in everything set up during the firs...

Alright, episode 4 was pretty good. Not the best thing, but certainly on par with many stuff of past seasons. But no Nick Kroll, that sucked.

For me Sheldon is neiter "typical" AS nor an offensive parody. He's a sitcom character written by the talentless hack Chuck Lorre, so what could you expect? If someone wants to see a comedy character with AS traits, but with smart writing and more than cheap laughs, watch Community...seriously, Lorr...

What's your take on defining the term?

Lots of NTs have higher paid jobs; doctors, prime ministers, lawyers, teachers, police, the list goes on. True. Intelligence/talents/abilities in general are not distributed in favor of people on the spectrum. So basically there are lots of non-autistic (the term "NT" is bullsh*t) people who are ju...

With so many disadvantages to having A.S. that reduce an Aspie's chances for "Dating & Mating", it is a wonder that any intelligent person would think that A.S. is an advancement in evolution. Evactly...so many misconceptions about "evolution" and "nature" in this thread. There's no forward or ...

While we're making celebrity diagnoses, has anyone dug up any spectrum dirt on Charles Darwin??? Wouldn't that be funny??? If social Darwinism says we deserve to be mistreated, that it's only the natural order, and Darwin was an Aspie, that would be really funny, wouldn't it??? Huh? Darwin didn't i...

I feel like the characters are starting to return to normal and are acting like how you would think they would based on season 1. It's very clear the writers did a lot of "Community" watching. They're pulling in continuing story arcs and subtle jokes from previous seasons. They seem to be continuin...

Just watched time con..was there a point to any of it? A con is full of cosplay and wacky avantures but the show just aimed at evil aspie. Jeff is a cheat, Annie is a child, Troy is a friend we all wish for, Brttia is one of those fans, Shirley had nothing to offer (would have been funny if she tur...

I thought last week's episode was an improvement, it was about time they did a scooby doo episode! I love SD, watched it ever since preschool. It all worked very well but I didn't like Pierce's "Ghosts can't go through doors, stupid. Its not fire" to be very lame. It felt like a forced callback aki...

My point is that the number of people who are in this thread stating that "It is OBVIOUS" that sheldon is an aspie are projecting... It is OBVIOUS that the character has some sever mental problems, but far more likely that it is something else... There are many different mental issues that present ...

I am very optimistic about the future of Star Wars movies. The writers pretty much have a blank slate, and they are professionals at coming up with simple, compelling stories. No more trade blockades and political conspiracies! You mean things that were integral to the entire plot of the prequel tr...

NTs operate in a world where people with disabilities are invisible. I do understand you may be sensitive that the behavior of some people with Aspergers (Anders Brevik or Adam Lanza) may rub off on us in the eyes of NTs. But I can tell you they just look at us people to be pitied and given help. A...
