| My brother is at the other end. He is so perfectly normal. He is a doctor with a beautiful wife and three boys. They go skiing in Aspen when you're supposed to, he has ATV's with a trailer to go riding on trails when the weather is nice. Me on the other hand, I never leave the house except to go to ... |

I cut and cut my legs

| that's all my dad cares about is me going out and getting a job. and all i want to do is hide away in my room, is that so wrong? what is wrong with not being social? i don't want to see anybody, not even my family. if i could be alone forever i would be ok |

| all, but also..are any of you older but constantly have people saying you look and act like a teenager? I even went in for surgery once and the doc told me later I have the heart of a teenager. I didn't really understand what he meant. |

| thanks fnord...look at my other post, i think i titled it somebody please help. it's just about this crushing anxiety i have been having lately, i feel like I'm being crushed physically, I feel like I'm going to go insane or kill myself to get away from it. I go and i walk and walk to get it off me.... |

| I want to be isolated and it doesn't make me feel lonely; well, sometimes but when it does I just remind myself of how horrible it is to be out there in society and then I feel better. |

| This is a different kind than my usual one, though, which I could deal with...I'll be going back to my doctor in a few weeks, but she is so busy...my Dad is a doctor, too and he called it generalized anxiety I think...ugh, now I can't remember. |
