The Hadza operate in a game rich savanna woodland habitat. Early human-hunter scavengers probably did not do even as well as the Hadza, primarily because they lacked the projectile weapons that allow the Hadza to be as good as they are at both hunting and confrontational scavenging. |

Your routine should look something like this-
On Saturday: squats, dumbbell press, rows, pec press, rear deltoids, biceps, calves.
On Tuesday: leg press, back, bench press, lateral raise, flys, triceps, lats, calves.
Note how antagonist pairs like biceps and triceps are on separate days. |

You should weightlift 2 days a week, with 3-4 days between workouts. Antagonist pairs of muscles should be exercised on different days. For example, exercise biceps on day 1 and triceps on day 2. Do dumbbell presses on day 1 and lat pull-downs on day 2. Do rows on day 1 and bench press on day 2, etc... |

I think it is unlikely that the paleolithic were eating large amounts of meat. If you look at the Hadza in Tanzania, they average only one kill every thirty days per hunter. It is more likely that the paleolithic relied heavily on underground storage organs (USOs). It was USOs, not meat, that provid... |

According to my book on human diet by Teaford and Ungar, protein intake should be 0.75 grams per kilogram of bodyweight per day, or about 10% of dry matter. Most calories should come from carbohydrates in the form of fruits and vegetables, especially root vegetables. |

Taurine is great because it activates both glycine and GABA(A) receptors. Plus it's an amino acid so it's nontoxic. |

For me a cure would allow me to talk, think, sleep. The drug STX107 may very well be a cure when it comes out in a few years. |

One med I've been researching is Stablon, which basically accelerates serotonin turnover in the synapse - It enhances serotonin reuptake and also upregulates the production of serotonin. |
