you're not treating one better than the other just different. We as parents make accomodations for our children's differences..

I have a masters in Education and have taught Kindergarten and preschool in the past. Currently I am a fmaily advocate workig with families of kids with spectrum disorders as well as emotional and behavioral issues.

You can get the transportation put in the IEP then they are required to transport.
I think they are trying to gove you a song and a dance. It happens in my school district all the time.
