| I think you've got her pegged. She's only 17 and may grow up someday. Until then, write her off. I have snotty cousins myself, and I haven't seen them for as long as you've been alive. It's just not worth the hassle. |

| Diet doesn't do it for me except that losing weight decreases the area of skin susceptible to my kind of psoriasis. But my type is rare. | I know we're not supposed to have imagination but I like to make up odd-sounding names for my fictional characters. I have one right now that I repeat over and over in my head, and it's as funny now as it was the the moment I created it. I'm sure most NT's would find all this tiresome. |

| Over the counter hydrocortisone creams work for me. They don't totally get rid of the psoriasis, but control it well enough. Of course, you can't use these for long periods of time because they thin the skin. I have inverse psoriasis (in skin folds), and I find that keeping it clean and dry minimize... |

| I have a great long term memory, especially for subjects I'm interested in. My working memory--analogous to a computer's RAM--is horrendous. For instance, I can't do simple math in my head. As for the TV remote example--I can identify. |

Don't know if anyone has mentioned it, but Tony Attwood, in his Complete Guide to Asperger's Syndrome, claims that it is quite common for girls with AS to become interested in reading and writing fiction.
I used to write lots of fiction as a child and still do to this day. |
