There's a girl at my school that I met when we were both in a play. We found out we had a lot in common (video games) and started hanging out. We hadn't actually started dating or anything yet, but I think we both knew we liked each other. One day, at lunch, she was trying to get a last-minute inter...

So I should just wait until Christmas Break is over and ask in person?

*sigh* another New Years alone...

Well, we're kind of friends. We're in the same theatre class, and I got her e-mail address to send her a script of a movie I'm working on. We know each other pretty well, I just never really needed her phone number before.

There's this girl I'm friends with that I like, and I have her e-mail address, but not her phone number. I want to ask her out some time over Christmas break, but I can't call her or talk to her in person. Would an e-mail message asking her out be a good bet, or would that seem too impersonal?

I've never been asked out before, but here goes: I very often wear things that represent things I am very zealous in liking or dislike (World of Warcraft Tee shirts, Obama campaign buttons, a shirt that has a picture of George Bush and says "Not my President" on it) and I would love it if someone co...

Yes, we are in High School, all seniors. And thanks for the responses, they really cheered me up. I think one of the problems about this is that I, at the same time, both loathe my friend and am happy for him. I'm glad he found someone, I just wish it wasn't my someone. (or, at least, someone who I ...

You think you have it so bad that all of the smoking hot babes want nothing to do with you. I would give anything I own to just have an emotional connection with anyone, of any kind. You're not an aspie, you're socially inept. Stop being such a jackass and then come talk to us.

There is a girl that I've liked for quite a while now, but I've been unable to tell her how I feel. I've spent the better part of a year trying to find some way to express myself, to no avail. But this year, I have her and one of my other friends in the same class. (I don't think my friend even know...
