Hi
I'm probably going to be sacked for gross misconduct next week for making a stupid but serious mistake. I'm now really stressed. Has it happened to anyone here and how to do you cope?

thanks

There is at least one police monitored CCTV camera of the area I was assaulted in so I may be in luck. The stupid reason the man hit me and the group of people he was with also counts as as evidence against him.

The ID parade could be as soon as Sunday morning. I know at least one friendly psychiatrist who could vouch for my condition to the police or a jury.

Hi
I was assaulted last night by a drunk stranger and police arrested a drunk man matching my vague description. I will have to do a photo line up/ID parade but I'm worried that I won't recognize him because of my face blindness. Do you think I should make the police aware of this?

Thanks,

You can't volunteer in patient care role because of the ethical and insurance implications. I could not even get work experience in an NHS pathology laboratory because of insurance reasons. I don't know about the laws and customs of the country your in, but it is a good idea to read the job contract your signing and have a clear job description. You can then compare the things your asked to do with your job description. An employer can also ask you to do 'additional related tasks' in y...
