as a lesbian i can say that some people like perez hilton push the agenda over the edge and give the religious right more ammunition against us. however, the main mistake is that homosexual=pedophile, which is wrong. i'd kill myself before touching a child! anyways, i think educating people is key. ... |

i was raised catholic most of my life and attended catholic schools for the past 7 years. i started off simply questioning random things: why can't women preach, what stories are real and which ones allegorical, why does God want our money (tithing), etc. i then decided to learn about other branches... |

i'm a lesbian and i don't know if i have asperger's or not but either way, the way i view it is that neither homosexuality or asperger's are negative things but that many ignorant people cannot accept unconventional ideas or people. they are both similar in that way. neither trait is an illness or ... |

as far as fitting in goes, i don't care. if i can't accept myself enough to be myself, then no one else will. so far, i'm pretty well-liked and have many good friends and classmates. one of my best friends is even going to introduce me to a girl she thinks is my type. so not fitting in got me pretty... |

creationism has lots of problems with it. i go to a catholic school and every teacher i've had said that we shouldn't take the Bible literally and that creationism is wrong. personally, I believe in both God and evolution. |
