First :heart: 2nd learn as much as possible about your sons DX. Let me tell you that learning so much about AS has made our life much easier, I know how to deal with my son better and I understand him and appreciate him much more. Does your Aspie "see things" my Son went through a period of seeing tarantulas and warlocks as he says. The school psyche recomended a mental eval however when I got the call I sadi no! I really don't think he needs a Mental evaluation as it seems to have been a phase. What do you think?

This post hit a chord in me, because i have often been accused of 'lying' about a particular incident, people always assume that im changing my story from one lie to the other. Maybe something is bugging her? My Aspie is really good with his siblings, they fight like other kids but ultimately he is the "good guy". I hope you find out waht is up and she gets help soon :heart:

Yes I do. As long as Vlad is not hurting anyone he can do what he wants. It is his nature to line things up and obsess over Star Wars at this moment so I allow it. :D

Let me tell you I am very close to having him home schooled! this year was just so bad all around. He may be going to a different school next September I have really mixed feelings about it though.

No pink notes, that was my 1st. She is using the emails she sent me as warnings? I thought it was to help Vladi. I am so right now! my Aspergers child has been denied attending any fun end of the year activity by his teacher. She feels that Vladimir does not deserve to attend because he is defiant. She obviously does not understand nor wants to his disability. We used to email back and forth "to help" Vladimir...

We have been having lots of problems with DS lately, not scholastic but psychological. The school psyche has suggested that DS be re-evaluated by the Regional Center as he believes that DS is High Function and should receive aid at home. Of course the Regional center does not want to re-open DS case...
