The best advice I can give you is to be yourself. Co-workers will hate you or like you for their own reasons, and as I have found out, there is very little you can do to change their minds. Also, trying to create a list of things to do or say will only cause confusion in situations you didn't plan f...

I'm uncomfortable around most NTs. I feel more comfortable around people I suspect to be Aspies and people who have ASD children.

The Patrick Stewart version is good too, he's probably my favorite Scrooge. However, I hate, I hate, I hate the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come in that version. It reminds me of a giant Jawa. I also don't like the part at the end, where Scrooge sees the boy and asks him to bring the prized goose. Pa...

My favorite Christmas character has to be none other than Clark W. Griswald from Christmas Vacation.

Seems like time for Spongebob to have run his course anyway (or been franchised into his own amusement park chain) This may be slightly off-topic (or not), but after playing with a digital converter box for a few days, it occurred to me to wonder (and perhaps someone somewhere has addressed this po...

I wouldn't get all worked up over this. Both companies will work out an agreement at the 11th hour, and service will continue uninterrupted.

I don't think I avoid friendships because of this, but I do avoid loaning of money or property. I have had things not returned or money paid back too many times to count.

That's odd. After all these years, my bladder is actually three times more capable than the average person. It'll give out eventually. Ask all the duty nurses that end up wearing depends. P.S. You should talk to your Dr about this. Compulsive, chronic "holding off" can cause other serious damage if...

I know what you mean. Its almost like your possessed by your subconcious mind. Sometimes I feel like I'm being forced to do things that aren't going to help a situation, but I just can't stop myself from doing them. It's frustrating because I then relive that bad decision a hundred times wondering w...

I think I read somewhere that it is a trait of people on the spectrum. I didn't stop wetting my pants until I was in the 5th grade. To this day I sometimes still hold it longer than I should because I don't want to leave whatever it is I'm doing.

Am I the only one that think it's a really bad time for the U.S. to switch to Digital exclusively? Then again, I'm not the one paying for it yet, and EVERYBODY I know has Digital now so it's really time for my dad to stop bein a cheapass and be forced to get Digital anyway. The switch to digital si...

HP or Lenovo are also good brands. You didn't mention it, but I'm assuming you are looking at a desktop and not a laptop. As for the specs, I would get at least a Dual core processor, 2 GB of RAM, and at least 300 GB of hard drive space.
