I have the same thing. I can never keep still and have difficulty sleeping.
As for something that may help I have seen some posts where people use weighted blankets, never tried them myself. Have you tried that yet? |

| I love the escapism of going to see a film. Watching a DVD just isnt the same. Most of the time I'm fine with other people there. It's only when someone close by starts talking or has a cold and sniffs through the entire film that my focus goes and I start to get irritated. But over all I love going... |

I can remember incidents that happened nearly 20 years ago with amazing clarity and can recount every action, every word that was said and describe the location in detail.
