Very cool. I heard a piece on the radio a bit ago about how birds do that as well and their 'words' for each creature in their vocabulary were identifiable by level of danger as well: the word for a more dangerous predator had more 'syllables' in it.

Dogs or wolves. Without a doubt. (And I just read with amazement and delight elfman's post about how his girlfriend's dog sat on him when he was stressing out and needed the pressure. Dog's just KNOW things.)
