You're probably sleeping through the day due to excessive coffee intake.

I would like to see a source for this, as I am pretty sure coffee has an effect...It is a stimulant which means it causes stimulation...the effect of coffee is not a simple case of recovering from withdrawn. For one I can feel the stimulating effects and for two well based on any reasearch I have d...

I'm always hungry, or at least i think i am. There's some connection between me being hungry and me being bored. Something to do with Dopamine levels. I also can't tell if i'm hungry or thirsty, it's always best to get a drink first i guess. Symptoms of being hungry... Feeling of emptiness in stomac...

It's not the clean part that's lifting you, well, unless your face is dirty. Baths and showers can improve blood circulation. You must have needed it badly after being in bed for that length of time. Try a cold water shower after a hot bath or hot shower, that'll wake you up. Remember though, you do...

It's probably a good idea to stay away from the mint family altogether, which includes menthol. I would also be cautious of any kind of herb, including Ginger. Read up about it before trying. You could try Gastrocote tablets, if you are not already taking something like that. In the UK they are avai...

I should have said English mugs, not cups, as i'm not sure how big the cups are overseas.

I'm not talking about the extreme cases, i'm taking about the limit before bad side effects occur. 5 mugs is asking for problems.

I am on a new med that is causing me some nightmares and other psychological symptoms because it helps me so much with my migraines. I'm scared that if I tell the doctor I'm having symptoms, she might take the pills away and I could just cry thinking I might once again be in as much pain as I was b...

In theory, it is very Aspie-like because of the repetitive behaviour. But when you think about it, this is only something you would pick up from your peers. So it's a social thing, that thing we avoid.

i drink a cup or two per day. probably should drink a little more. up to five cups per day is likely beneficial. possible coffee benefits: http://cathylynn99.hubpages.com/hub/Possible-Health-Benefits-of-Coffee i wouldn't trust that article if it suggests drinking 5 cups a day. 2-3 would be better f...

Other than the website owner, it's mainly Adobe that's the problem, try turning on "click to activate" for plugins in your web browser.

I presume this doesn't include the people you live with, or people wh knock on the door?

I think you needed to have a "more than a year option" for me, it's been about 1 and a half years since i last spoke to anyone, even then it was former work colleagues.

Google "rice" and "arsenic", then ask me if it's safe to eat cereals. ;)

As for toast, there is a chemical called acrylamide thats released if it's too overly cooked, same with fried foods. It should be a light golden colour as apposed to dark brown.

Do you eat a lot of canned tuna, seafood? You should probably read up on Mercury poisoning. The FDA recommends no more than 1-2 cans a week.

Try eggs for Vitamin D, and wallnuts for omega 3 fatty acids.

Yeah, i had that. A doctor upped my Fluoxetine to 40mg and now i don't get that tense any more. Stress causes it, so you might need to see a doctor. A hot bath is the only thing that cures it for me, but it's temporary. It get's worse if i massage it. I think people with Autism/AS are more likely to...

You have utterly failed to acknowledge the meaning of my post, much less refute a single word of it. It is clear by your responses to me and others that you would rather clap your hands over your ears and continue to repeat half-baked ideas you picked up from elsewhere. I hope at the very least tha...
