Secondly, my aspie wife has many lucid dreams while I (NT)have much fewer. a few weeks ago she had such a bazaar sequence of dreams within dreams -kept waking up in bed but turned out to be in another dream- and finally realized she was dreaming in the last dream by grabbing a phone book and reading...

Lucid dreaming can be learned and there are a few very simple things you can do to start making yourself have these type of dreams more often.
