Actully The Universal Union is the name of there empire. Even though it is actully a muti-dimensional empire. Becuase Zen was a border world in anthoer dimsion. So it is safe to assume there are other such worlds.

Actully they were blocking him in Ep 1 because remember what happened in the begening of that game. Plus the fact he never once showed up that entire game expect what he did at the beganning. I think that the G-man is supposed to be somthing that is not really there. What I mean by that is that he is a repersation. You have to remember without the G-Man the Black Mesa Incdent would never have occruced and netheir would any event's in the half games. He is everywhere at once. G-Man is asl...
