| I'll not speak about the American system (by the way, I'm French), but in general. Term limits are adequate for a position like President (for example, in France, the Président de la République now can only serve for two terms). | From what I have heard his peers saying, he was "strange since [they] were 5." The real question is why wasn't anything done then. You'd have to know something was wrong if every kid your child was around said he was crazy/scary/creepy/strange and didn't wish to play with him. It's kind of strange ... |

| It's because of the fear that people in the public would associate AS with shooters or violence in general. Several articles state that the last shooter had been diagnosed with AS. Nonetheless, I would not say that AS is the cause for such behavior. The causality of such things is a complex matter.... |

| Er, I may be mistaken, but is the Fragile X syndrome compatible with a more than average intelligence ? Adam Lanza has been described as "extremely bright". It seemed to me that most analyzed cases were of persons from a normal IQ to a very low one if strongly affected ? |
