what foods contain antioxidants though?
and does working out increase your motivation and self-confidence or is that untrue? 'cus I'm having a bad time right now, feeling trapped and needing to gain motivation so I'm hoping these things could help

I drink a few glasses of water each day, eat a healthy meal at around 12pm and around 6pm and if I feel hungry after that then I just eat what snacks I want, and I'm cutting down on smoking, I already feel more motivated and more content within myself but I wondered what else could help? I repeat words in my head alot, like a really weird sentence like 'just like yeah' and nothing else, it goes on for ages like a song stuck in my head, quite weird
