Really? Even though they actually phrase a question like; "Tell me about some of your hobbies?"
And I did not actually speak of any of my obsession, I said that I like to self teach. |

I went to an interview for Cold Stone Creamery a week ago on Wednesday. I don't know what I expected but when I got there I noticed there were far too many people there and I started to worry. When I went through the back door I noticed everyone was filling out forms and I got nervous. I'd only been... |

I can't tell you what's best for you because you got a brain same as me. Just a few thoughts: Getting an Asperger's diagnosis isn't like going to the emergency room to find out whether your ankle is broken or just sprained. If you're wondering about your ankle, they can take an X-ray and find out w... |

If you go to the Members Only forum, there's a handy AS test there. It's not the last word, but it will tell you which way the winds blow... Wow, thanks. My result; Final version Thank you for filling out this questionnaire. Your Aspie score: 189 of 200 Your neurotypical (non-autistic) score: 13 of... |

I'm speaking to a psychologist now about it. I care enough to pay $75 every two weeks. I know that sounds crazy. It IS crazy. If I do get diagnosed, I'll probably continue doubting...since I've had my doubts about psychologists in general. I live in California everything here is overpriced and that... |

That's quite a lot in a post, but 'hi.' Are you asking for advice? As in, Asperger's diagnosis and where to get this if indicated? Probably only you can know and if you need/want a diagnosis then there ought to be a psychologist in your area to formally do this and the process is extensive/expensiv... |

HI, I don't even know if this is allowed on this part of the forum but I'll ask anyway. I need help determining if I may have AS or not, or maybe if it's even a possibility. Warning: THIS IS VERY LONG and possibly very boring. I repeat myself a lot, and it frustrates me when other people do, I am ve... |

I'm not sure if I'm even an aspie but I am very good with Photoshop.
I usually am more creative than I planned out (building it inside of my head first) though.
Unless I already KNOW what I want to make. |

I tried telling my mother yesterday that I have suspicions of having AS and she got upset with me. Not really upset but enough that I actually noticed, and I felt really uncomfortable like the way I do around random people. I feel like I should talk about such thing around some people either, but I ... |

It depends on the intensity for me. If I obsess over 'one' thing for more that a weeks it becomes a sort of long term thing... but if it only last a few days that's about it, I move on. |
