I'm exhausted. I have AS. My wife has a chronic, debilitating illness, and can only rarely take care of the kids. Except for packing me off with the diaper bag, I've been taking care of them all day, all by myself. My son is 3 and is borderline AS; but he I can manage. My non-spectrum daughter is 1 ...
