I've had this cuticle-cutting problem for a number of years. I can't stop. I try nail polish to help but it only last for a few days. I have a pair of fingernail clippers with me all the time. It's horribly disgusting but I don't know what to do. I even try cuticle oil to smooth them out but it does...
