Hallo, ich bin ganz neu (heute beigetreten, aber schon vorher ein bisschen in den Foren gelesen). Gibt es hier andere Literatur-Liebhaber? I would ask a specialist about this. My gut feeling is that since you are probably already in treatment for your depression and psychotic events, you can talk with your therapist about that. As I understand it, he/she can help you form your own decision. I do not think that I can just tell you a yes...
