Fine by me. I have nothing more to say on this subject anyway as it's getting boring. In fact, owing to the censorship of my "personal attack" - which was really no more than a frank summation of the facts - I've decided I don't wish to be amember of WP anymore. I'd appreciate it if one of the mods ...

I've had a few of those, to the point where I can now recognise them by the headings. They usually go straight to my spam folder, but if the occasional one gets through I just delete it. I think one way to tell straight away that the sender has an ulterior motive is if they use your Christian name i...

I like family guy because it's just random and pointless. Indeed. That's what makes it such an accurate - albeit caricatured - depiction of real life. Admittedly some of the more long-running themes are starting to wear thin, such as Peter's eternally laughable attempts at self-improvement and the ...

Yes, I'll be up for seeing that when it comes out over here. I'm a fan of Thompson - or at least his early work - and I thought the movie of "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" was surprisingly good for a movie based on a book that I'd always imagined was unfilmable.

Agreed. If you enjoy being depressed, you probably aren't genuinely depressed IMO. There's a difference between full-blown depression and creative melancholia.

I'm laying on the floor of my sitting room at 3 AM, the lights are off and it's pitch black, obsessive thoughts involving Post Traumatic Stress disorder and OCD like symptoms flood my mind. I'm stimming. I'm totally dissociated and there are butterflys in my stomach, my thoughts turn to the fact th...

Because the average man on the street has been shouted down and called 'racist', 'fascist', 'extremist' and so on for his opinions too many times, Who and what constitutes "the average man on the street"? Does that grouping include women? Racial monorites? Disabled people? People with ASDs? Or is i...

Locstman has it quietened down now in London?

Yes, the momentum has definitely wound down - at least for the time being. What with the long-term effects of the austerity drive just beginning to kick in though, I wouldn't be at all surprised if there was more to come.

As far as I know, the BNP hate the EDL and that dislike is fully reciprocated. Good thing, too. As history has proven time and time again, xenophobes are far less dangerous when they're divided and fighting amongst each other than they are when they unite against a common enemy. So bring on the BNP...

It's called the Inner Dialogue.

I don't think it's just aspies who have it, but I certainly think it's more pervasive and intrusive for us than it is for NTs.
