My list is pretty long,the most important ones are some body nagging,
heavy rock music,some really irritating TV commercials and sit coms like Sex and the City,Desperate House wives.have the TV production houses ran out of ideas? |

I know people who suffer from anxiety attacks,more than often i found the root cause to be the emotion of fear.there are two cures which i know can show encouraging results,first one is medication towards which you have an aversion and second one is meditation,some thing i would strongly recommend. ... |

was diagnosed with depression and suisidal thoughts which i believe was because of head bang i was committed to psych unit it was cool otherways but didint like the cage bed i was placed at nigths for first 2 months because of my suicidal thoughts diagnose (at nigths they werent after me 24/7), big... |

I just came across this articles which says that a researcher at University of Massachusetts has come up with the therapeutic vest that could lessen the anxiety levels in autistics especially in ADHD. Hi,
All my spare time is spent on sleeping,infact i am too fond of sleeping clocking 8 hours every night.I want to reduce it by atleast 3 hours so that i can get more time to work and enjoy.
Can you suggest me some good pills,which are effective and could be easily procured online. |

What is your relationship towards it? Do you that your anxiety is sometimes amplified by autism? I am really scared by the horror stories told in this thread ,i mean we open our heart completely before that person and some amongst them are so insensitive that they have only one thing in mind.They just want to exploit their patients sexually or otherwise. It seems its better to solve our problem... |
