About a year ago I observed a girl who worked in a supermarket near me. At first I saw nothing, she was just another employee in there. That was until Easter, when I was buying some eggs. As I was paying for them (a self-service checkout, so she wasn't involved in any way) she commented on how so ma...

Hey, we're the same age! Haha. : )

Someone told me today that maybe she was just being friendly and I might have taken it the wrong way, but asking someone if they have a girlfriend is a bit personal, at least I think so anyway.

Here we go again... There's a girl who works in a shop near me, a few times over the last two months or so I've noticed her eyeing me up and smiling at me, going out of her way to talk to me, things like that. A few weeks ago she asked me if I lived with my girlfriend, which I took to mean she was t...

No but someone fancies me. Helped perk me up a little, haven't seen her since I found out though.

If it's someone I know then I really like it. But I hate it if it's someone I don't know. I used to know a girl who would phone me every day for a chat and we could have been on the phone for anything up to 2 hours.

Thought I'd update. : ) I got the 16GB iPhone 4 in the end. So far so good and the battery life hasn't been too bad. I'll get a day out of it if I use it a lot but if not then I'll get about 2-2½ days. I did jailbreak it so I could run FullDrop (a Dropbox replacement), VLC and some console emulators...

I've decided I'd like to buy an iOS based device, money's not an issue here. I'm just not sure which one! I gave Android a look, while it seems good I have a history of obsessively modifying phones so don't really want something that I could potentially break again. I also like the apps I've seen fo...

I'm interested in a girl at the moment but am so self-conscious right now. I keep thinking she'll notice my non-existent social life and be scared away but so far she's still in touch with me.

But yes I've regularly felt like I'll die alone.

My mood appears to have improved over the last while. Have been off work for the last week and have another week off, I'm in Kerry at the moment for a few days but am going back Tuesday, having family beside me has most likely helped. I've also taken some walks along an abandoned railway line in the...

I think game music has become one of my obsessions. Here's some more of the ones I've been listening to a lot lately. I think perhaps maybe you were so shaken by the incident with the garda might be because you might be one of those people with primarily good intentions, who probably made more of an effort to follow laws and be considerate of others than most people, because you hold those qualities in such high r...

I've been in and out of depressive episodes for over 11 years now and I can remember the exact moment which triggered it, more on that later. Every so often I feel like I need to cry about things and this is one of those times so I think I'll just say it all. I lived in Ballyfermot, Dublin as a chil...

I absolutely hate it, as do my three brothers. I'd even go as far as saying I have a phobia, I feel sick to even say or write the word 'cigarette' or even touch a pack.

My first console game was the Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt cart for the NES, in 1992. My first PC game was Sim City 2000 for Windows 95, in 1998.
