I've found that I self injured less and less after I started smoking and drinking more. These are my coping mechanisms as well as keeping myself shut off from others. Thanks for the responses. It was quite a big deal for me to start the thread but I'd had a drink and decided the world probably wouldn't end if I did it. I definitely fit both BPD and AS in several ways but what has made me really question the BPD diagnosis is the fact that I am only ever truly at p...

What instrument/s do you play? I played the flute as my first instrument and the piano too, to a much...

Who Am I-

I sometimes think I should go back to uni. I managed two years before I had a complete meltdown. I was studying music which is what I always wanted to do, but everything else about the place was overwhelming. My cousin went back to uni after a break and he hasn't regretted it.

When I started my periods I found it extremely upsetting and I couldn't talk to anyone about what I was feeling. My mum was never able to talk openly about that sort of thing and so I felt very uncomfortable, even ashamed when it came to something that is natural and necessary, not dirty. I found it...

I'm thinking that I'm scared about posting a comment. I have been visiting WrongPlanet for months now and have really wanted to comment for so long but I am so nervous about connecting with others most of the time that it's become a really big deal just to type out a few sentences. I think once I cl...
