I voted yes. its hard to describe. it can be words from what I'm reading, thinking out loud or calling out random things I see like names of animals etc. I do it alone or round people but its not like tourettes. I also tell myself to "shut up now" sometimes if I'm talking to myself and going towards...

Hardly ever look in mirrors so had to check, sort of grey/blue, dark at the edge with brown tinges near the middle.
Used to be pale blue when I was a kid.

Mine used to vary from 3 days to 2 weeks long with gaps between 10 days and four or five months, usually long heavy ones with short gaps or short ones with long gaps.
