I once had an interest in everything people did to create hell on earth and it brought me to dark places, but I'm glad I visited them, it made me a better person, less naïve and blind. |

I take anti-psychotics too and I sort of miss the world I was in before that, everything was full of meaning. But offcourse, you get swallowed up by your own shadows and that's a very scary thing. Everything started when I got into shamanism and my life has changed since that, I feel like I'm on a s... |

I have always had problems with my executive function: I would think and think and analyze and think some more and never actually do the task. So yes, this has been a major problem for me in real life and I never seem to find a way to work around this issue. Until recently, I think, I may have found... |

A shaman is the recluse who stands outside the herd and communes with the spirits of his ancestors. A shaman can never have a normal family life and often chooses to remain alone, because he needs his energy for his duties. You don't choose to become a shaman, it chooses you. I chose often to remai... |

I've listened to a lot of Burzum during my younger years, I still do actually. I like the agression and the despair within his songs, the music is more suited for melancholic, depressed kind of moods. I'm not really sure what to think of Varg as a person, but it's obvious he's not very fond of the p... |

I have this script in my head that I'd like to use for people that direct their negativity towards me. It goes like this:
smile, nod, walk away..
no harm's been done |

Yeah, if I think about it, maybe the title of this post is a bit too black/white, that's just part of my general thinking. I do believe it's some sort of healing from earlier negative experiences, like kraftie said, by balancing out with the positive (I like to see this as a yin yang principle), whe... |

.. and I salute you for your positive attitude. I see it more as a philosophy, allthough yes, there is some 'spirituality' involved (I loathe the word spirituality, because of its connection with all the 'new age' crap). It's a leap of faith for me I had to make and you don't have to expect miracles... |

I think I have found some sort of balance between the inner me vs the outer world. In fact I think there is no me vs them, we're all connected and what we do to others, we do to ourselves. Thereby, I have left the field of judgement and entered the world of merely observing without registering, ever... |

There seem to be two kind of autistic people, the scientific type and the artistic. One is the rational, the other the intuitive. I think that our society would benefit from both worlds to find eachother: where science meets art, new ideas arise. |

Ah yes, lying: one of the virtues of mankind. I never lie, because I don't know how. I'm never accused of lying, because I have learnt the gentle art of shutting up. People don't make sense, once you realize that everything makes sense. Correction: I do know how to lie, I just never do it with bad i... |

I don't understand what that means. Ok, let me put it this way. We are complex beings, especially those with autism. I always had the problem that, whenever I met someone who was being nice to me, i'd sort of get attached to that person, which isn't healthy. Attachment is never healthy, even Yoda k... |
