| Confused about Thoughts Could you also delete this...been working on a process of letting go past pain and just been wanting to wipe the slate clean, so removing reminders of the painful times I went through in 2011 will help quite alot, the relationship I with my my best friend now is much better ... |

| In my opinion (and that's how I'm doing it), 1) Get a formal diagnosis; 2) Tell people, one at time would be better. Worked for me. Having a formal diagnosis gives weight to your claim, and not telling more than one person at once avoids chaos. Good luck. Been diagnosed since 16...I don't have many... |
