I am avid collector of all things Emily the Strange. But then, I once saw a picture of Julia Roberts wearing an Emily shirt so maybe not so childish? I think what's more childish is what I'm not interested in - like going to bars and drinking. I have parties that are pretty childish, like a 13 year ...

http://suicideblues.deviantart.com/art/Rabbits-are-Roadkill-103895709 ^^Yes. I have a weird style though. I took fiction writing classes and the professors all told me that; my style is strange but they generally had a favorable impression. I'm starting a novel about a paraplegic vampire who uses a ...

I don't know if it counts as a sport but I was a great at flag and baton twirling in high school. Ambidexterity was a big plus in that. I was surprised I liked it so much because I only joined to get out of wearing those stiff and itchy band suits. I was awful at basketball though. I never really kn...

Since I started college I have found that I inadvertently start trends. I've worn cat ears since high school but now there are girls all over campus wearing them. I made a couple of poodle skirts a few months ago and now I keep seeing more and more of them.

I love snakes. It's so cool when they wrap around your neck or in your hair. I used to work at a park nature center and part of the job was holding the snakes so guests could look at them, pet them. We had a rat snake that would always climb in your hair if you had a high ponytail. Only the park ran...

I have food rituals. I takes me an hour to properly cut, arrange and eat my food so no one ever minds if I get a head start on it.

I think that's why I'm addicted to http://answers.yahoo.com/

I ask question after question on there. Somehow I never run out of them.

I always wonder if there are dead bodies in places. Like on the side of the road in the grass, in the back of someone's car, in a storage closet.

I was diagnosed with Asperger's last year, after seeking psychological help for depression and other various issues. I just learned about Multiple Complex Developmental Disorder yesterday. As far I know it's not in the DSM or anything yet. Most of the information I found when I googled it was academ...

It did for awhile. But it went nicely with the spider that my mom hair-sprayed to the tub around that same time.

When I was younger, maybe 9 or 10, I attempted to clean the bathroom, but I didn't know that the blue stuff was from cleaner so I put some blue food color in the toilet.

I worry about my cat most, and then my computers. I live in tornado country and whenever there's a warning I'm getting my cat into the bathroom first and then stressing over what to do with my computers. If one ever hits they will likely find my dead body slung over an iMac.

I have become a "career student" simply because I love it. I triple-majored as an undergrad (sociology and psychology to help me understand people more, and visual communication which is my area of interest for a career). Now I'm getting an MA so that I can get into a top notch MFA program which giv...

The whole compulsory gift-giving ritual is silly to me. Someone spends their money getting you something you don't want and then you have to spend your money giving them something they don't want in return. All the holiday, birthday, gift stuff is pointless. Now, if you see something that a person y...

I would probably still be living at "home" if it wasn't such an awful place to be. The thought of living with my parents again is my motivation to get up and go to work and class every day. I moved out when I was 17. I was so clueless and naive and I'm honestly lucky to be alive after all the troubl...
