It'd be expensive. Also, they died out once. What says they won't just die out again and again and again? Aside from reviving extinct species for scientific research and exploitation of any interesting properties they may have I can't see any viable purpose to it.

For half a trillion. Oh no. Not that the government has problems with spending that kind of money on useless things. In fact, a permanent lunar base could probably have a gigantic laser built on it for barely any more cost. Not that we'd build a "laser" on the moon making it a "Death Star" or anythi...

Or to put it another way, they lose their hair because they're just that manly. So manly in fact that their hair can't handle it and has to leave them for a woman.

A couple things to bear in mind is they probably won't include things covered by medicare because it'd both be from the government, so if you have something that qualifies they'll probably make you get and use that. Also, it's safe to ignore the exact statements from ANY news organization trying to ...

Considering the existence of Medicare and Medicaid which does cover that, and not hearing anything about that program ending either of those... Why would it NEED that in the plan exactly? Duplication of government programs is bad enough without going out of your way to make things redundant. When yo...

I'm not particularly certain about the validity of what I'm going to say, but isn't it more likely that a woman who had twins once is more likely to have them again? I'd think it might be theoretically possible that they could have through some freak series of events managed to breed in a higher pro...

I agree with Greentea about not feeling as free to post if he joins. That is why I would never tell a family member where I post. I'm very suspicious of amateur diagnosis on it without something like a father, sibling or child of their who is diagnosed. I do believe there's a good deal of misdiagno...

...If you consider a lack of response to your ideas a greater insult than a logically debated attack on them and don't understand why everyone else thinks it works the other way around.

I'm very suspicious of amateur diagnosis on it without something like a father, sibling or child of their who is diagnosed. I do believe there's a good deal of misdiagnosis. I've also talked to a number of parents and adults that did amateur diagnosis and in all but one case, it really didn't sound ...

Of course we're always right. When those pesky things like facts and evidence rarely indicate otherwise then it's merely enemy propaganda and can be ignored. I find that adding several new facts can change the subject or end it entirely. Note that these are not good for job security if used in the w...

A lobotomy would just about do it. Sure, there's those nasty side-effects but it'd cure you of your brain function! I don't believe there *IS* a cure, short of genetic and neural recoding which will basically turn you into another person entirely, effectively killing you and/or your brain functions....

I'd give you some war stories, but I was diagnosed much earlier on and when I attempted to enlist with the Army during the height of the recruiting shortfall and Iraq war was not allowed to due to the diagnosis. Kind of a mixed thing. Would have been damned unpleasant s**t as I'd have been signing u...

Unable to vote due to lack of precise options. Yes, I said lack of precise options even with the large variety. That's because it depends. Sometimes I can read others better than they know themselves in both unspoken then in other ways I'm completely blind to some things and don't catch on until mon...

He probably needs to figure out for himself what he wants. Maybe even ask him. You probably won't get an answer if you do, of course. You could mention it and let him decide if he's curious. Now, was he diagnosed with Asperger's from a psychiatrist or a neurologist? In my personal experience, psychi...
