I know that the less I sleep, the more neurotypical I become. If I'm really fatigued (which has been pretty much all the time lately) it is VERY hard to get the geek going on a target...

Your work uniforms are an investment. And suits are basically uniforms. Buy CONSERVATIVE. Go through a Brooks Brothers, take a look, then check out a few discount places - You can buy $150 suits without a great deal of problem. Wear nice ties. Again, try to stay relatively conservative. You're going...

The problem with criminal defense is, frankly, a whole huge majority of the people you will interact with are guilty scum. And you've got to take your logical solution of "You know what, we really need a long drop with a short rope," put it away safely in a box, and then try to get them off... Here'...

A store dedicated to drama... sigh...

I dunno... As of late I've been telling the fourteen year old's disaffected friends "go lengthwise - not across..." I get the nastiest looks.

I know someone who is a really nice person, until she goes into "business mode." Then it's like she's got a mad on for the whole day, and between the flailing around being "efficient" and the constant "hmpfing," I get tired just being in the same room. She also thinks that I'm "special." Yeah, I'm "...

When I was working for The Big Drug Company, when I'd lunch with other people, it was researchers, and we'd be talking about work... Which was fun and interesting. Then they took away my red Swingline, and moved me to the basement, where I was assigned to the Facilities folks, who seemed to have a s...

I didn't "get into" computers until college... And then I discovered the world available over the phone systems... Ran a BBS for a while, and now I also do some webjunk. I've found that I can somewhat target the geek - And it's really cool when I can point him, he goes, and several days, a few pound...

I'm not an artist. I'm a craftsman. I was lucky enough to find a "perfect aspie job" by accident... I ended up doing graphics for a large pharma company's R&D group for ten years, until they decided that they could overseas it... If any of you have any questions about large format printing, etc....
