I found out the cover is PVC so just don't eat it or light it on fire and you should be good. I think they had to put that warning there because laser-etching Moleskines has become really popular but it's really dangerous for those who do the etching. |

So, I'm dying to go on one of those artist Moleskine sketchbook adventures where you fill up every page with something awesome, but when looking for a new one on the interwebs I found: CA RESIDENTS: PROP 65 WARNING: WARNING! This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause ... |

In fact, I kind of feel like it would be socially impudent to ask many questions in an interview, even if they prompt you for them. Like they're only asking to be polite and if you actually do have questions, they'll think you're assuming you have the job already, and judge you for your (perceived)... |

Good tip! I think I'll use that the next time. Thanks! |

I have this problem, too. I feel like they're usually looking for you to seem REALLY REALLY interested in job, and not just in the sense of your personal gains, but also how you would fit within the organization. When I asked my mom about this, she told me what she usually does is say, "I think you'... |

Hmm. I always read that women tend to show schizophrenic symptoms in their early twenties, while men typically begin to show them mid-late twenties... |

Well... maybe, but then, a schizophrenic's delusions don't really seem like defense mechanisms. Generally, they're unpleasant, and the schizophrenic feels threatened, which isn't what you'd expect if that theory were correct. And the number of autistics who've survived to adulthood without developi... |

You know, I was trying to do a blind study here. But now that y'all are yelling out names of dx's I might as well just state what I was trying to figure out. At first, feeling as though the words coming out of your mouth could mean two different things: Tourette's or Depersonalization. Tourette's be... |

I haven't heard that schizophrenia and autism are opposites. Actually, I've heard the opposite. That they have some things in common, but also differences. Like, one dimension that's similar, another that's different. That fits in with my view of autism as a multidimensional continuum. Schizotyes a... |

Let me ask you some questions: 1.) How do you usually dress? Do you dress simply? Do you dress laizily? Eccentricly? Do you have no idea what clothes look good and what don't? Or do you and just choose to go against the grain? 2.) When you say that the words coming out of you mouth aren't yours, can... |

This is just some hogwash idea that popped into my brainskull. By some, autism and schizophrenia are considered two opposite ends of one spectrum with NT in the middle. But, how do we determine where the "ends" are? What if it's not a spectrum, but just like how Asperger's and Schizotypal are kindas... |

I also mentioned that they went way over the top with the kid. I have never seen an aspergers kid as bratty as the character in that show (and I have met several, as well as being one myself at one time). It's things like that that give us a social stigma. It's hard enough to be social without a st... |

It was inevitable that the Bravermans would walk to support Autism Speaks. Parenthood is on NBC. Bob Wright, founder of Autism Speaks, is the chairman and CEO of NBC. Who else would the Bravermans support? What other organization would an NBC show support? I'm not saying it's right, it's just inevi... |

I actually saw your comment on Hulu after I ranted about myself
I'll probably still watch it in the hopes that the writers become less A-holey. I doubt it, so we'll see. We should all write a massive complaint to the writers. |
