| I'm on stickam all the time, and I agree it has helped me better with my self consciousness and I've made a few friends that I either talk to on a regular basis or have met them in person. |

| I also "jam" my fingers into my ears when I hear annoying sounds. I've noticed since I was a kid that I would cover my ears and/or sometimes shout out to muffle the sound of metal scraping or glass hitting against each other.
