Depends on the noise. For instance I love hearing the wind blow or nice soothing music. But I used to live in an apartment next to this guy who called himself a "musician" and he had some turntables with the bass turned up just enough to were I could barely make it out, I seriously freaked out. I haven't gone through in diagnostic criteria. And to be honest I could live my life without a diagnosis, as I've made it 29 years just thinking that I was odd. What type of specialist would I need to go to for something like this? I mean if it's between being doped up on drugs or being socially ackward and having no friends, I think that I would choose the second option.
