If only they'd done it the other way around, there'd have been no issue! |

Your friend never has that problem and hasn't gotten a VD which is what is supposed to happen when you are having Premarital Sex. It's not 'supposed to' happen, it just can happen. If you have sex with a person who has a sexually transmittable disease, there's a chance you'll catch it. Sometimes th... |

I don't think it would do any good in keeping relationships together But that wasn't the question. The thread title is asking if it's the best way to keep a man - this implies that the woman is already interested in keeping him around, for reasons not stated in the poll or original post. And while ... |

Has anyone here seen 'American Splendor'? It's not about Crumb but it has him in it. It's mostly about Harvey Pekar, who wrote comics but didn't actually draw them. |

Hmm, good analogy. I hope I covered that a bit in the second paragraph of my first post, though. I'm just thinking that one could be aspie in that they're different to other people, but still manage to learn how to get on socially, either well enough that they either are, or appear to be, adept. (Th... |

Well, Answers.com says 'adept' can mean "A highly skilled person; an expert". If my theoretical aspie was to get so good at social interaction that everyone thought they were expert at it - then aren't they then so good that they are an expert? Even if not naturally or instinctively adept, I suspect... |

If someone truly becomes socially adept then, logically, you would have to say they had discovered a cure and were no longer AS. Nah. It might be theoretically possible to 'manually' learn how to get on in social situations, enough so that one can pull off an impression of adeptness. This would req... |

I tried very hard to get a job at fifteen, but nobody would employ me as they said I had to be 16 or over. So you shouldn't feel that you _have_ to work at fifteen. I think at fifteen your parents should still be looking after you at least to some degree, and that you shouldn't have to look after th... |

I've only been picked up once by a bloke. We were walking up a long staircase, and I was griping about being tired. He offered to carry me, which led to a disagreement about whether I'd be too heavy to lift or not. So when we got to the top of the stairs (and further across the landing, for health a... |

Somewhere around a million years ago, our female ancestors stopped going into heat Actually that's not quite true, as for a couple of days at the middle of their cycle most women get 'hornier', and give off more pheromones, making them both more attracted to and more attractive-seeming to males. I ... |

I've not got time to read all of this thread at the moment, but just to reply to your first post... He did say that if either me or our son was officially diagnosed, then he'd actually read about Asperger's and see if there's anything that can "be done about it". That's missing the point. He needs t... |

dktekno, how old are you?
And it doesn't sound like you're shy, it sounds like you've somehow acquired a very unhealthy and abnormal view of sex. You might want to see about getting some counselling. |

'Platonic'. 'Plutonic' refers to igneous rock that has solidified beneath the earth's surface. |
