technicaly you cant increase lung capacity, what you got isnt going to increase, but learning to breath properly ie from the belly, as were conditioned to breath fromn the top lobes, therefore not useing full capacity, that becomes the norm then. yoga teaches this and some other things. I'm dx ADHD anxiety etc, been on 1 stimulant, it didn't do anything, even when i increased the doses myself, now waiting for the next step with my shrink. having asperger traits i think don't help. And yeah self medicating is there, tho not the prefered stuff. sorry cant add more at the moment. |

This is typical of my experience, extended probationary periods, sack, or just contract finished because they can. but mine is probably more to do with ADHD dyslexia etc, but i know what you mean, we are diferent, and thats all that matters, we don't fit in. |
