I know exactly what you mean, at times i feel just like you being an anonymous being that doesn't add anything to our world but at the same time i have this ,massive phobia of people looking at me and noticing that I'm the odd one out.

Its sad but what can we do.

No I'm silent most of the time whether I'm in company or out of company although i do mutter the odd word under my breath if I'm annoyed or something.

The only thing i will say is, listening to my own voice on a tape recorder is horrible, it sounds dull, unclear etc. .
