My jeans jacket or other hoodies. For some reason, I feel more secure with something buttoned or zipped up near my neck; I assume it's some sort of sensory thing in the sense I hate feeling exposed.

Melatonin seems to keep me awake if anything; however, it doesn't surprise me because I often have the converse reaction to many medications, supplements included. I'll update on my progress after I've take GABA a couple weeks. I will state outright that many of my NVLD/ADD symptoms are already help...

I'm going to be trying this for sleep. Melatonin doesn't seem to work for me and I would like to keep myself off pharmaceuticals if possible.

Best to take what they said and see what happens. Employers tend to get turned if they're contacted by a prospective candidate too many times as it can make one seem aggressive.

I was diagnosed with Social Anxiety Disorder when I was 18. That diagnosis became Anxiety Disorder NOS when I had an assessment in 2011.

DataB4: Yes, one side effect of stimulant medication can be anxiety; however, tjey tend to often have a calming effect on people whom truly have ADD (as per my psychiatrist).
